Uncovering Our Story

I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (ASQ #201) & a Licensed Professional Engineer in Industrial Engineering (LAPELS #43381) with extensive experience driving measurable performance improvement across both the public and private sectors. My work spans healthcare, manufacturing, oil & gas, and defense environments where complexity, risk, and operational discipline matter.

I specialize in breaking down complex, cross-functional problems into manageable, data driven improvements that deliver sustainable results. My approach is grounded in systems thinking: understanding how processes, people, data, and incentives interact before applying tools. Lean and Six Sigma are not checklists; they are means to achieve clarity, flow, waste reduction, and variation control.

Throughout my career, I have led enterprise-level process improvement initiatives, facilitated leadership and front-line teams, and translated analytics into decisions executives can act on. I am equally comfortable on the shop floor, in clinical operations, or working with government stakeholders navigating regulatory and budget constraints.

My consulting practice is built for organizations that want results—not theory. I focus on:

  • Reducing waste and variation

  • Improving cycle time, quality, and reliability

  • Building internal capability that lasts beyond the engagement

If your organization is facing complex operational challenges and need disciplined problem solving with real world execution, I bring the structure, experience, and accountability to achieve sustainable improvements.

Relevant Industry Experience:

  • Manufacturing (Schlumberger, Lockheed Martin, INX International)

    • Standardized IE training between all Lockheed MFC divisional sites, and migrated the physical documents to a Confluence database

    • Led the initiative to standardize work center nomenclature and workflow mapping in SAP; created standard work for routing and how it improves SAP system reporting efficiency

    • Reduced lead times (span time) of shop floor bottlenecks between multiple production sites

    • Optimize inventory control, and reduced waste and storage costs

    • Review sites flows and metrics for waste and variation identification

    • Create standard work tailored to the user and production site

    • Audited the existing processes at the new site, identified areas for optimization, and developed customized improvements to streamline operations

  • Government & Unions

    • Experienced working with Union representatives, and having them on project teams

    • Led teams and managed projects in both the public and private sector

    • Proficient in managing compliance, removing obstacles, and bypassing bureaucracy

  • Healthcare (VA Hospital)

    • Lean Six Sigma practitioner at the VA Hospital (SLVHCS) in New Orleans

    • Optimized brand new facility from ground up

    • Yellow Belt & Green Belt instructor

    • Completed 10+ long-term project; and multiple RCA’s / Kaizen events

    • Selected as the sole representative from the New Orleans VA to attend:

      • Improvement Advisor Academy
